El Dorado, Inc. is a public/private partnership with the City of El Dorado whose function is to recruit and assist new and existing businesses, helping them to provide jobs and a strong tax base for the community.
The organization began its public-private economic development partnership with the City of El Dorado in the late 1980’s. El Dorado Inc. is a membership organization and is governed by a Board of Directors made up of local business leaders, banks, utilities and representatives appointed by the City of El Dorado Commission. The Executive Director of the organization serves as the information point person for businesses considering expanding or locating in the City of El Dorado.
As a member of El Dorado Inc., you are participating in an organization that seeks to improve the business conditions and quality of life for all residents by creating more and better jobs, growth in housing, and a stronger workforce.
