Land for the El Dorado Industrial Park was purchased by the City of El Dorado in the mid 1980’s. The first major tenant of the park was Pioneer Balloon. Today in addition to Pioneer Balloon the property owners include, Valmont/Newmark, Pioneer Automation Technologies, Barton Solvents, BG Products, Southwest Valve, M-6 Concrete Accessories and CSI.
The property is zoned light industrial. 8+/- acres with water, sewer and street infrastructure is currently available.
