Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus costs, and shall stand committed to jail until such fine and costs be paid or otherwise discharged according to law. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as a separate offense.
