    Grit Gravel Grind is a new timed cycling ultra-endurance gravel road race presented by Timer Guys! This race will start from El Dorado Lake outside of El Dorado, Kansas in the beautiful Flint Hills. Road bikes are not recommended. All participants receive an event shirt and all finishers receive a custom event medal. Categories include Open, Masters (age 50+), Tandem, & Single-Speed.

  18. Reception Celebrates Two Exhibits

    August 31, 2018, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM @ Coutts Museum of Art

    Come celebrate and enjoy two of The Coutts Museum of Art’s summer exhibits: Vivid Expanses: The Landscapes of Birger Sandzén, and Cally Krallman’s Along the Santa Fe Trail. This will be the last day Vivid Expanses is on display at the Coutts. Ron Michael, Director of the Birger Sandzén Memorial Gallery (Sandzén Gallery), Cori Sherman North, Curator of the Sandzén Gallery, and Cally Krallman will all be here to share about the exhibits. Admission is free; light refreshments will be served in the grand foyer. A brief talk on the two exhibits will take place at 5:45 pm.
