The following territory shall constitute the first ward: all that part of the city lying and being east of the following:

A. Center of west branch of Walnut River north of its intersection with North Main Street;

B. Center of North Main Street north of Sixth Avenue; and

C. Center of Star Street south of Sixth Avenue. (Prior code § 8-102)
