The following territory shall constitute the third ward: all that part of the city lying and being north of West Central Avenue west of the following:

A. Center of North Star Street south of Sixth Avenue;

B. Center of North Main Street between Sixth Avenue and the west branch of the Walnut River;

C. Center of the west branch of the Walnut River north of its intersection with Main Street; and east of the following:

1. Center of North Orchard Street south of Sixth Avenue,

2. West line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 25, Range 5, north of Sixth Avenue. (Prior code § 8-109)
