The first precinct of the third ward shall include all that part of the third ward lying east of the center of the following streets:

A. North Taylor Street south of First Avenue;

B. North Denver Street south of Fifth Avenue;

C. North Atchison Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue; and

D. North Topeka Street north of Sixth Avenue. (Prior code § 8-110)
