2.16.030 Forms--Oaths filed.

All officers and employees required by law to take and subscribe or file any oath or affirmation, shall be supplied the necessary forms for the purpose at the expense of the city and upon taking and subscribing or signing of any such oath or affirmation, the same shall be deposited with the city clerk; provided, that the oaths of the city clerk, required by Section 2.16.020 of this chapter shall be filed with the city manager.
