It is unlawful for any person to use any fire apparatus or equipment for any private purpose or to remove any such apparatus or equipment without proper authority or to remove or take away the same from its proper place or to keep or conceal any tool, apparatus, equipment or other article belonging to or in any way used by the fire department. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor as such term is used and defined in the El Dorado Criminal Code, and subject to the fine provided thereby.
