The city extends the benefits of Title II of the Federal Social Security Act, in conformity with the applicable provisions of such act, to the employees of the city, according to the provisions of KSA 40-2301 through 40-2309, and in accordance with the plan of coverage set out in Ordinance G-69, adopted by the governing body on May 28, 1951.
