Chapter 3.04 FISCAL PROCEDURES
3.04.070 City clerk.
The city clerk shall by virtue of his or her office be the collector of
all moneys and accounts due the city by reason of any ordinance requiring the
payment of license fees or taxes, permits and other charges for the sale of
water or other services offered by the city. The clerk shall keep the accounts
of the water department and other service departments rendering bills therefor
and shall collect and account for all moneys received by his or her office from
