4.08.080 License—Fees.

A. There are prescribed the following license fees for cereal malt beverages:

1. General retailer, for retail of draught, bottled and canned cereal malt beverages for each place of business, for on premises consumption, per year — two hundred dollars ($200.00);

2. Retailer, for each place of business selling only at retail, cereal malt beverages, in original unopened and not for consumption on the premises, per year — fifty dollars ($50.00).

B. The full amount of the license shall be paid regardless of the year the application is made. Said license shall be issued either on an annual basis or for the calendar year. If such license is issued on an annual basis the governing body of the city shall notify the cereal malt beverage wholesaler supplying the city on or before April first of the year, if such license is not renewed. No rebate or return of any portion of the license fee shall be made in case the license is revoked for any cause provided for under this title. (Ord. G-1019 §§ 1, 2, 2008; prior code § 4-208)
