Rules and regulations prohibiting the days and hours of selling at retail any alcoholic liquor shall be as follows:

A. On Sunday;

B. On Decoration or Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; and

C. Before nine a.m. or after eleven p.m. on any day when sale is permitted. (Ord. G-799 § 8, 1995: prior code § 4-304)
