The provisions of Chapter 41, Article 26 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended, and such rules and regulations as have been or may be from time to time adopted by the State Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control, as provided for in the state law, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
