4.32.020 Employee permit required by employer.

Any person licensed under the provisions of Sections 4.08.010, 4.16.020 and 5.08.030 of this code who employs an entertainer or performer who does not have an identification permit as set out herein, or who permits or allows any entertainer or any patron to perform a dance of any kind whatsoever upon the bar or upon any other place used for serving food or beverages or in any place within the premises open to view from the sidewalk or street, or allows such dance to be performed other than on a raised dais or platform or some designated area adequately set aside from the immediate vicinity where patrons may be seated or standing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
