Chapter 5.04 BUSINESS LICENSES GENERALLY
5.04.040 License fees--Interstate commerce exempted--No discrimination.
No provisions of any ordinance imposing a license fee shall be construed
to unduly burden or unreasonably interfere with the subjects of commerce between
the several states as provided by Section 8 of Article 1, or to discriminate
among citizens of the United States contrary to the provisions of Section 2 of
Article 4 or Amendment 14 of the Constitution of the United States. (Prior code
