The license fee for each fortuneteller, palmist, clairvoyant, phrenologist, mind reader or astrologist, who tells fortunes, gives advice or makes predictions, whether a charge is made therefor or not, shall be in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) per day. (Prior code § 6-204)
