Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. G-1026 § 5, 2008: prior code § 6-208)
