The applicant filing an application with the city clerk for a license to conduct a public auction shall pay to the city clerk a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for each day that he or she proposes to conduct a public auction. The city clerk shall pay such license fees so collected into the city treasury and the city treasurer shall remit all moneys so received to the general fund of the city. (Prior code § 6-705)
