5.28.150 Violation--Penalty--Revocation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any person, firm or corporation who shall, either directly or by agent or employee, violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00); and the license or registration of any such person, firm or corporation may be revoked by the city clerk or police chief upon any violation or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or upon violation of any of the ordinances of the city or laws of the state, or at any time when it shall be determined by the city clerk or police chief that the statements made in the application for license or for registration are not being faithfully complied with by the licensee or registrant or are not true.
