Section 5.36.130 of this chapter is adopted as part of the zoning laws and regulations of the city of El Dorado, Kansas, as though said chapter was fully set forth in the zoning regulations of this city. The city attorney may bring an action in the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District or any other appropriate court having jurisdiction to enjoin the violation of said section of this code.
