The term of a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is one year. Any escort service license which has not been suspended or revoked may be renewed for a period of one year on written application to the city clerk's office. Such application shall be under oath on a form provided by the city clerk, and shall contain all the information required by Section 5.40.090, and any amendments thereto.

Application for license renewal must be made not later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiration of the license. (Ord. G-819 § 2 (part), 1996)
