Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than thirty dollars ($30.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense and any sum not less than sixty dollars ($60.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the second offense, and any sum not less than seventy dollars ($70.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for any subsequent offenses.
