Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any permit issued pursuant to any requirement within this chapter, may be rescinded upon conviction of any provision of this chapter. (Prior code § 9-215)
