A. The alarm user of an alarm system that transmits more than one false alarm in any calendar month is subject to the provisions set forth in this section.

B. For each false alarm over one in any calendar month that the police department is requested to respond to, the alarm user shall pay to the police department a fee of:

1. Second false alarm, fifteen dollars ($15.00);

2. Third false alarm, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);

3. Fourth false alarm, thirty-five dollars ($35.00);

4. For each false alarm thereafter, fifty dollars ($50.00). (Prior code § 13-702)
