Any person found guilty of smoking in violation of this chapter is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than twenty dollars ($20.00) for each violation. Any person found guilty of failing to post signs as required by this act, is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). In addition, the department of health and environment, or local department of health, may institute an action in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin repeated violations of this chapter.
