The limits referred to in Section 5204.5.2 of the Uniform Fire Code, in which the storage of compressed natural gas is prohibited, are established as follows: No person shall store compressed natural gas within the city, without a permit. Permits will be issued based upon need, quantity and hazards storage presents to occupants and surrounding property. (Ord. G-854 § 1 (part), 1999)
