The limits referred to in Section 8001.1.1. of the Uniform Fire Code in which storage of hazardous materials is prohibited or limited is established as follows: No person shall use or store any hazardous materials in quantities listed in Section 105(h) without a permit. Permits will be issued based upon need, quantity and hazards of chemicals on occupants and surrounding property. (Ord. G-854 § 1 (part), 1999)
