9.12.040 Alcoholic liquor--Cereal malt beverage places.

A. It is unlawful for any person to bring onto or in or have in his or her possession any intoxicating liquor or any beverage containing more than three and two-tenths (3.2) percent of alcohol by weight in or on any place, building or premises where cereal malt beverage containing less than three and two-tenths (3.2) percent of alcohol by weight are sold or kept for sale for consumption on the premises.

B. Violation of this section is a Class C violation. (Prior code § 7-211)
