6. West Towanda Avenue, from Taylor Street to the west city limits;

7. South Douglas Road, from Towanda Avenue to the Southwest Trafficway;

8. West Olive Avenue, from Main Street to Summit Street;

9. West Olive Avenue, from Summit Street to Arthur Street;

10. West Third Avenue, from Main Street to Summit Street;

11. West Third Avenue, from Summit Street to Oil Hill Road;

12. West Third Avenue, from Oil Hill Road to Broadview Street;

13. North Denver Street, from Third Avenue to Central Avenue;

14. South Denver Street, from Central Avenue to Olive Avenue;
