A permittee shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.

A. Possession of Permit. The parade chairman or other person heading or leading such activity shall carry the parade permit upon his person during the conduct of the parade.

B. Cleaning Parade Route. A permittee shall, within eight hours from completion of the parade, clean the parade route and should it fail to do so, it will be obligated to pay the city's actual expenses in cleaning the same.

C. A permittee hereunder shall either furnish its own traffic-control personnel and barricades in a manner acceptable to the chief of police or reimburse the city its actual costs in providing the same. (Prior code § 15-611)
