A. For each connection made for the use of residence housing one family to the said district, the fee shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).

B. For each such connection for use of each multifamily residence or apartment house, housing more than one family or tenant, three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) for each unit so served.

C. For each such connection for each factory, plant, commercial or business user the fee shall be fixed by agreement between the rural sewer district and the city, but in no case be less than three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).

D. Before any person, firm or corporation shall connect his premises to the rural sewer district discharging wastewater to the city sanitary sewer system, a permit for such connection must be obtained from the city clerk. (Prior code § 9-408)
