Any rural sewer district discharging wastewater to the city's sanitary sewer system shall adopt and follow the same regulations relating to their customers' discharges as followed in the city system. Some of the limits or requirements may be mandated by the city or state or the federal government which will require individual customers of the city and any rural sewer district to modify the quantity and/or quality of a specific discharge stream into the city's wastewater treatment system. Cost will be assessed at the same rate for any user discharging unusual waste into the system. (Prior code § 9-411)
