All wastewater discharged through the metering device(s) in Section 13.20.140 of this chapter shall be billed on the following basis:

A. All flow will be billed at the rate outlined in Section 13.20.040(E) of this chapter of the cost of the city for each one

hundred (100) cubic feet received from the rural sewer district.

B. The administrative charge outlined in Section 13.20.040(C) of this chapter of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) per month per customer, shall be charged at the rate of one hundred fifty (150) percent for each customer served by a rural sewer district.

C. Any future capital costs for modifications to the city's wastewater treatment system shall be prorated on the amount of the system capacity required by a rural sewer district, and added to the charges outlined in subsections (A) and (B) of this section.

D. Cost of items subsections (A) and (B) of this section shall increase at the same time and ratio as the city users' charges for the sewer service according to Section 13.20.040(C) of this chapter.

E. Billing will be on the first day of each month for all wastewater received during the preceding calendar month. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the billing date. (Prior code § 9-413)
