The airport manager shall have supervision of all activities on the airport grounds. It shall be his or her duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter and he or she shall have the right to deny the use of the field and its facilities to anyone violating any provision of this chapter. It shall be his or duty, by and with the consent of the city manager, to allocate and allot hangars, offices, concessions and other space at the airport. (Prior code § 2-105)
