The powers and duties of the El Dorado airport advisory board shall be to advise the governing body on all matters relating to the operation and maintenance of the El Dorado municipal airport. The board shall suggest rules and regulations governing the operation and maintenance of the El Dorado airport but the rules and regulations shall not be in effect unless approved and promulgated by the governing body. The board shall pay particular attention to matters relating to the safety of users and visitors at the El Dorado airport and to the cleanliness and sanitation of the premises. The board shall make recommendations to the city commission during the preparation of the annual budget. (Prior code § 2-119)
