The El Dorado airport advisory board shall consist of five members who shall be appointed by the governing body of the city. The El Dorado city manager and the fixed base operator for such airport shall serve as ex officio members of such board. Two members shall be appointed for three-year terms, two members for two-year terms, and one for a one-year term. Thereafter, members shall be appointed for three-year terms. No less than four members shall be residents of the city. One member may be a non-resident of the city. Members shall serve without compensation for their services. (Prior code § 2-113)
