For the purposes of this article the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"Grave space owner" means the purchaser of one or more grave spaces constituting less than a full lot, or the heirs, administrators, trustees, legatees, devisees or assigns of such purchaser.

"Lot owner" means the purchaser of a cemetery lot or assigns of such purchaser. (Prior code § 19-301)
