Chapter 15.04 BUILDING CODE
15.04.060 Violation--Penalty.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct,
enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, equip, use, occupy or
maintain any building or structure in the city, or cause the same to be done,
contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Any
person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred
dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each and
every day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. G-770 §
