The principal baseline for numbers of buildings and building sites on the streets running north and south shall be Central Avenue. The word "North" shall prefix the names of all streets lying north of Central Avenue, and the word "South" shall prefix the names of all streets lying south of Central Avenue. (Prior code § 14-403)
