There is adopted and incorporated by reference for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the practices of mechanical equipment installation, the certain standard code known as the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1991 Edition, as incorporated by reference and made part of this chapter, save and except such portions as are hereinafter or may hereafter be deleted or amended as authorized and in the manner prescribed by the statutes of the state of Kansas KSA 12-1541.
