A plumbing or gas fitters license may be issued to any firm or corporation of which at least one active member or employee holds a masters certificate from the city. The license shall be issued by the city clerk upon the initial annual payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Said license shall expire on December thirty-first next after its issuance and may be renewed thereafter at an annual fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Any applicant for a license after January first of any year shall pay the full year's fee for the balance of that year ending December thirty-first. (Ord. G-770 § 3 (part), 1993: prior code § 5-510)
