The board of plumbing appeals is authorized to revoke the license of any journeyman or master, plumbing or gas fitter who shall twice be convicted of a violation of city ordinances regarding plumbing or gas fitting construction or installation. No license may be reissued to any such person, firm or corporation without the expressed written consent of the plumbing inspector and plumbing board. (Ord. G-770 § 3 (part), 1993: prior code § 5-515)
