Any person who shall wilfully violate any provision of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any order or inspection report within the time limit shall be guilty of committing a Class C misdemeanor as such term is used in Title 9 of this code, and shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the fines provided thereby, and each and every day of any such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
