Subdivision regulations are approved and adopted by the governing body of the city of El Dorado, Kansas as prepared and published, in book form, by the El Dorado city planning commission with the technical assistance of Bucher, Willis & Ratliff, consultants, under the date of January 15, 2001 and entitled, "El Dorado Subdivision Regulations" and the same is incorporated by references as if fully set out herein.
