The public hearing required by Kansas law was duly held on the 28th day of September, 2000, by the El Dorado planning commission; a full and complete discussion of said comprehensive plan was had at said meeting and that the comprehensive plan herein adopted is true and correct copy of the plan as adopted by the El Dorado city planning commission and amended by the governing body.
