Zoning regulations are approved and adopted by the governing body of the city of El Dorado, Kansas, as prepared, published and amended by the governing body, in book form, by the El Dorado city planning commission with technical assistance of Bucher, Willis & Ratliff, under the date of January 15, 2001 and entitled, "Zoning Regulations of the City of El Dorado, Kansas" and the same is incorporated by reference with amendments, as if fully set out herein.
