The public hearing required by Kansas law was duly held on the 28th day of September, 2000 by the El Dorado city planning commission; a full and complete discussion of said zoning regulations was had at said meeting and the zoning regulations herein adopted are a true and correct copy of those regulations as adopted by the El Dorado city planning commission and amended by the governing body.
