Job Responsibilities Summary: Provides oversight for all planning and zoning
duties.
- Serves as secretary to the
Planning commission.
- Provides information and
recommendations for rezoning, special use permits, and other related
issues.
- Reviews and considers all
planning matters and provides recommendations as needed, assuring for
compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning, and Subdivision
Regulations.
- Interprets and enforces the
Zoning Ordinances.
- Oversees compliance with ADA site
requirements on submitted plans and municipal projects.
